Viestimen tehtävä

Vuonna 1903 Mary Baker Eddy perusti The Herald of Christian Science’in (Kristillisen Tieteen Viestimen). Sen tarkoitus on: “julistaa Totuuden maailmanlaajuista toimivuutta ja saatavuutta”. Eräässä sanakirjassa ”herald” määritellään ”airueksi – viestinviejäksi, joka on etukäteen lähetetty ilmoittamaan siitä, mitä on tuleva”.
